Please be reassured, there is lots of help available.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">There are local organisations who can give you help, advice, and practical support. These are Independent Support Organisations and Carers\u2019 Centres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">It will be helpful to speak to your local Independent Support Organisation or Carers\u2019 Centre as soon as you feel ready.
